Dreamer Who Refuses to Quit
Every dream begins as a small spark — mine began somewhere between a line of code and a page of a script.
I completed my M.Sc. in Information Technology from SIES College, Nerul in 2014 and began my professional journey as a Software Developer in an MNC. A year later, driven by ambition and curiosity, I took a leap of faith and started my own IT startup — Keights Technologies — in January 2016.
Like many dreamers, I began with confidence but soon met the reality of struggle. Running a startup wasn’t easy. I faced setbacks, sleepless nights, and moments of doubt. But somewhere during this chaos, I discovered my true voice — the voice of a writer.
In December 2016, I wrote my first film script, Love to Be Single, later registered with FWAS as Maane Tu Ya Maane Na (MTYMN). That moment changed everything. I knew this was not just a passion — it was my purpose.
In January 2017, I began my creative journey full-time, meeting countless aspiring writers and filmmakers across Andheri, Mumbai. The energy of that city was infectious — but so was its struggle. I faced endless rejections. Many production houses refused to even read my scripts. I invested money, time, and faith into people who promised opportunities but delivered none. Yet, in those darkest moments, I refused to let the writer and entrepreneur within me die.
When I was nearly bankrupt, when my US IT client payments were delayed, and when life seemed to shut every door, I still held on to one belief — “This is not the end of my story.”
Every setback only made me stronger. I began freelancing for ad agencies, writing 8+ ad film concepts, of which 4 became successful campaigns. Each project taught me how to balance creativity and reality, and how to tell powerful stories within seconds. By 2018, I had written over 12 film scripts, spanning multiple genres — from romance and comedy to thrillers and mysteries.
In October 2018, I gave new life to my vision by registering Keights DigiTech Studios Pvt. Ltd., transforming my startup into a dual-service company offering both IT solutions and digital film production. My dream was to merge art and technology — two worlds I deeply understood.
In 2019, I started pre-production for my debut feature film, Kismat Hero. It was a dream taking shape — until funding issues and the COVID-19 pandemic forced it into pause. Yet again, I adapted. I focused back on my IT services, strengthened my base, and waited for the right time to rise again.
That time came in 2024, when I returned to filmmaking with renewed fire. I wrote, directed, and released my first short film, First Job — a heartfelt story that resonated with audiences for its simplicity and emotional depth. Encouraged by its success, I made Kaala Katta, a Hindi suspense thriller exploring human psychology and dark secrets — a film that marked a new phase of my creative evolution.
Now in Aug 2025, I am in the pre-production and fundraising stage for my web series, Psycho Partner — a gripping psychological thriller written across three complete seasons, designed for leading OTT platforms. Alongside, I continue managing IT projects under my studio banner — staying true to both the logical and creative sides of who I am.
Over the last 10 years, I’ve faced failures, betrayals, financial struggles, and heartbreaks — but I never stopped believing in the power of my dreams. I’ve learned that true success is not about fame or money — it’s about endurance. About showing up every day, even when the world doubts you.
My dream is bold, and I wear it with pride:
I want to make films in every language — Hindi, English, Tamil, Telugu, Bhojpuri, Japanese, Korean, and beyond — and in every genre — horror, rom-com, murder mystery, detective thrillers, love stories, and everything in between.
And if I ever make a biopic, it will be about my own life — the story of a man who stumbled, fell, lost everything, yet stood up again and again because one dream refused to die.
Because one day, I believe — I will be successful.
And when that day comes, I’ll look back and smile — because the struggle was worth every frame.
